Turkish foreign minister Ahmet Davutoglu said Saturday his country would \"not hesitate to take revenge\" if its borders with Syria were violated again. Davutoglu made the remarks while meeting German foreign minister Guide Westerwelle on sidelines of Istanbul Forum. Westerwelle, meanwhile, urged Turkey to exercise self-restraint vis-a-vis the growing tension on the borders. Turkey criticized the UN Security Council (UNSC) for failing to address the Syrian conflict, saying the UNSC which consisted of the super powers, was repeating the mistakes that caused the massacres in Bosnia in 1990s and the ones happening now in Syria. Turkey is also leading calls to establish no-fly zone over Syria.
