Turkish commercial plane lands in Libyan capital, first since no-fly zone

Passengers walk out of a Turkish Airlines Boeing 737-800 airplane at Mitiga Airport in Tripoli, Libya. The airplane, with 43 passengers on board, is the first flight from Istanbul to Tripoli since Feb. 28, 2011.
