Turkish Deputy Prime Minister Besir Atalay stated that Turkish civil servants were freed by terrorist organization PKK not as a result of a mutual bargaining. Speaking to reporters at the Turkish Parliament, Atalay said that PKK\'s freeing the civil servants was a positive gesture and a positive attitude. Eight Turkish civil servants, who were freed by PKK terrorist organization, have entered Turkey via Habur border gate on Wednesday. PKK terrorist organization held captive those eight civil servants for some time. A delegation sent from Turkey to the north of Iraq brought back the group of civil servants.
