The 10th five-year development plan was approved in Turkish Parliament. During the debate, a total of 24 motions were tabled at the general assembly. The only one that was approved allows a simplified judging method which will be applied in legal disputes. A motion on \"a system of group cases will be launched to protect collective benefits which can occur about same dispute\" was accepted. Other 23 motions were declined. Turkish Minister of Development Cevdet Yilmaz stated that they targeted to increase the national income to 1.3 trillion USD by 2018. National income per capita was targeted as 16,000 USD by 2018, which was 10,500 USD in 2012. He thanked to those who contributed in preparation of the plan and the parliamentarians who declared opinions at the meetings. Deputy Speaker of Turkish Parliament Sadik Yakut closed the session to gather again at 3.00 pm on Tuesday.
