Turkish police seized Sunday several lorries carrying weapons and ammunition on the Turkish-Syrian borders, after receiving a tip-off.The Dogan news agency reported that the drivers were arrested also and referred to prosecution for more investigation. It pointed out that the trucks were impounded in the southeastern province of Gaziantep on the borders with Syria. A large amount of ammunitions and explosive devices were on board of the seized trucks.
