Abu Dhabi - MENA
UAE Foreign Minister Abdallah bin Zayed welcomed talks by the big powers with Iran, while his US counterpart John Kerry denied any differences among the six major states regarding negotiations with Iran. During a joint press conference with Kerry held here on Monday, the UAE foreign minister said the best solution to Iran's nuclear program will be through political and diplomatic dialogue. He stressed the transparency of the UAE nuclear program. Kerry's visit reflects profound relations between the UAE and the United States, he said. Washington will not allow Iran to possess a nuclear weapon, Kerry said, adding that negotiations with Tehran do not mean rushing toward a deal.
