Dr. Anwar bin Mohammed Gargash, Minister of State for Foreign Affairs today led the U.A.E. delegation to the extraordinary meeting of Arab Foreign ministers at the headquartwers of the League of Arab States in Cairo. The meeting which discussed the Syrian issue and preparations for the Geneva II conference was chaired by Libya. Secretary-General of the League of Arab States, Nabil Al Arabi, and President of Syrian National Coalition of Syrian Revolution and Opposition Forces, Ahmed Al Jarba, took part in the emergency meeting.
