The Ukrainian parliament is being evacuated, according to news reports.Deputy Volodymyr Lytvyn told the Interfax Ukraine news agency that all staff were told to urgently leave the building.The Itar-Tass news agency reported that protesters had broken a police cordon outside the parliament building.
