Robert Serry, the United Nations\' representative in the Middle East has called for the renewal of the diplomatic process between Israel and the Palestinian Authority. He said that reviving stalled talks will lead to economic well-being for both sides. Serry warned that without the development of a political channel leading to the creation of a PA state alongside Israel, the PA would become unstable and collapse.
