UN envoy for Libya Bernardino Leon arrived at Libya's Tobruk Airport on Monday.
In exclusive statements to MENA Monday, MP at Libyan Parliament Jalal al Shuwayhidi said that Leon arrived Monday in Tobruk and met with Libyan Parliament Speaker Aqeela Saleh.
The two sides discussed a range of issues related to the decision of the Libyan Parliament to pull out of the UN-sponsored national dialogue talks, he said.
The decision came followed the car-bomb attacks in the eastern city of Qubba which killed several civilians, he added.
He further said that a decision will be issued within hours by the Libyan Parliament to announce its return to the national dialogue talks.
