UN Special Adviser on Yemen Jamal Benomar left here on Tuesday, heading for Saudi Arabia which will host talks to end the Yemen crisis.
He will later to return to Yemen.
Saudi Arabia has said the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) had agreed to host Yemeni talks in Riyadh.
Benomar visited Saudi Arabia on February 6 after Houthi militias announced a constitutional declaration after taking over Sanaa.
Since this, Yemen is caught in a stand-off between President Abd-Rabbu MansourHadi and the Houthi.
