UN Secretary General\'s Special Envoy to Yemen Jamal Benomar met on Sunday in Sa\'ada province with a number of officials of political parties and Civil Society Organizations (CSOs). Benomar discussed with them the situation in Sa\'ada and their contribution to succeed the National Dialogue Conference (NDC), as well as their visions and proposals that contribute to build the modern civil state. Some of the issues discussed during the meeting included the process of the reconstruction of Sa\'ada, the province\'s requirements in the development field, and the political parties and CSOs\' role in underpinning the peaceful coexistence concept among the various components and social classes. The political parties reviewed an inclusive vision for the future of Sa\'ada and suggested a number of solutions that could help NDC Sa\'ada team to realize the root of Sa\'ada issue. Benomar confirmed that he would convey the province\'s needs to the donor countries to assist in the reconstruction process and establishing a fund for this purpose. He praised the wisdom of the Yemenis represented in their commitment to peaceful means, topped by their choice of the national dialogue to solve their disagreements.
