UN Special Envoy to Libya Bernardino Leon praised on Wednesday the third round of the Libyan dialogue, now held in Algeria.

During an address, Leon stressed the importance of achieving reconciliation among the rival parties in Libya as soon as possible.

Leon expected the Algeria-hosted meeting to be the last chance to form a national unity government in Libya.

He further warned of the continued deterioration of economic and security situation in Libya.
