UN Special Envoy in Syria Staffan de Mistura invited Tuesday the parties that will participate in negotiations on Syria which will start January 29, de Mistura’s Spokeswoman Jessy Chahine said in a statement Tuesday.

The invitations were directed according to the criteria stipulated in the UNSC’s decision no. 2254 of 2015, the statement said.
