The United Nation\'s top humanitarian official plans to visit South Korea this week to discuss issues of mutual interest with officials here, including how to deal with humanitarian crises such as North Korean defector cases and Syrian refugees, Seoul\'s foreign ministry said Monday. Antonio Guterres, the U.N. high commissioner for refugees, is scheduled to arrive in Seoul on Tuesday for a two-day stay, and will meet high-ranking officials here, including Foreign Minister Yun Byung-se and Second Vice Foreign Minister Cho Tae-yul.
