UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon on Monday called on all parties concerned in Ukraine to exercise restraint. Closely following events in Ukraine, Ban appeals to all parties to act with restraint, avoid any further violence and uphold the democratic principles of freedom of expression and peaceful assembly, UN said in a statement.
