The United Nations Special Envoy to Yemen Jamal Binomar arrived here on Wednesday to meet with Yemeni President Abd Rabbuh Mansour Hadi.
Binomar is expected to brief Hadi on negotiations held between various political powers to settle the Yemeni crisis.
The visit is the second of its kind by the UN official to Aden city.
