UN Envoy to Yemen Jamal Benomar stressed that the international organization will stand by the unrest-hit Yemen till getting it out of the current ordeal.
He told Al Arabiya on Thursday that dialogue is the only way to settle Yemen's problems, adding that Houthis' constitutional declaration is an unilateral act.
The economic situation in Yemen is collapsing and there is a big political struggle over power, he warned.
Many western countries, including the US, have evacuated their embassies after rebels took control and declared their own government.
