United Nations Special Envoy for Syria Staffan de Mistura said that the UNSC will convene on July 29 to present proposals and recommendations on the Syrian crisis.

According to Al Arabiya news channel, De Mistura said that Syria and the region as a whole are in a critical stage, pointing out that the UN secretary general will call for a special session in the UNSC in late July.
