The UN Security Council voiced its deep concern over the expansion of Daesh organization and its threat on the Libya and the region, asserting that a Libyan national agreement government should be formed as soon as possible to face that organization.

In a statement Saturday, the UNSC called on all the Libyans to unify their efforts to face Daesh.

Rome ministerial conference due Sunday is another chance to show international support to the political agreement in Libya, the statement said.
