US State Department Spokesman Victoria Nuland condemned violence against some sects\' members in Libya. The US government has expressed concern to Libyan Prime Minister Ali Zeidan during his recent visit to Washington, Nuland said. In a press release on Friday, she asserted that post-revolution Libya needs a new constitution that respects the freedom of expression, human rights, peaceful demonstration in order to achieve democracy. Nuland deplored the arrest of Egyptian Copts in Libya where one of them has been reported dead. They were accused of Christian missionary in Libya.
