U.S. Secretary of Homeland Security Janet Napolitano will make a two-day visit to Russia July 3 and July 4, the U.S. Department for Homeland Security said in a statement. Napolitano will visit Vladivostok along with the Department of the Treasurys Assistant Secretary for Terrorist Financing, Daniel Glaser. They will lead the U.S. delegation to the 4th Annual International Conference on Security Matters hosted by the Russian Security Council. According to Itar-Tass, Napolitano will discuss a range of issues including the efforts to build up aviation security.
