Packer made the press remarks on the sidelines of Egypt Economic Development Conference (EEDC) in Sharm el Sheikh.
Packer said he filed a request to U.S. House of Representatives Speaker John Boehner to officially invite Sisi to deliver a speech before the U.S. Congress, a request that was welcomed by members of parliament there.
