The US-led coalition launched 38 airstrikes against the terrorist group of Daesh in Syria and Iraq during the last 24 hours, a joint command statement said on Sunday.

According to the statement, 26 of the strikes targeted Daesh sites in Syria, destroying tactical units and vehicles as well as 16 bridges.

In Iraq, the coalition targeted Daesh with 12 strikes, hitting tactical units, fighting and staging positions, weapons and vehicles of the terrorist group.
