Washington - MENA
Fifteen strikes were conducted against sites of the terrorist group of Daesh in Iraq and Syria over the past 24 hours, said the joint command of a US-led coalition on Saturday.
The raids targeted tactical units, military vehicles, fuel tankers and artillery of the group in separate places in Iraq.
One raid was launched on a Daesh site near Baiji refinery, the command was quoted by the US-funded Sawa radio as saying.
Heavy weaponry of the group came under attack by coalition jet fighters in Syria, it added.
