US Secretary of State John Kerry today accused Syrian President of blocked the peace talks which aim at putting an end to the Civil War in his country.In a statement following a meeting with his Indonesian counterpart Marty Natalegawa, accused the Assad’s regime of stonewalling in peace talks and shelling his own people with barrel bombs.He pointed out that Bashar Al-Assad is clearly seeking to seal his victory on the battlefield. He added that the opposition had a logical and implementable roadmap towards forming a transitional government.
