Yemen and the United States on Monday signed a financing agreement to support a project to improve criminal justice institutions in the country. Under the agreement, the USA grants Yemen 9.875 million to support the project to improve the government\'s capacities to develop criminal justice institutions. The agreement was signed by Minister of Planning and International Cooperation Mohammed al-Sa\'adi and US ambassador to Yemen Gerald Feierstein. After signing the agreement, al-Sa\'adi praised the keenness shown by the US administration to promote the stability and development paths in Yemen, stressing Yemen\'s adherence to expand areas of cooperation with the USA. Feierstein reiterated his country\'s readiness to provide all aspects of support to reinforce the political process in Yemen and the efforts of the government to meet the needs of the two-year underway transitional stage.
