At least six Pakistan Army soldiers were killed a result of a vehicle collision with an oil tanker on Sher Shah road near Multan city of eastern Pakistan, media reported Thursday. According to media reports, as many as five soldiers were killed and six others were wounded when an oil tanker collided with a military vehicle carrying soldiers. Police officials said that the accident killed three soldiers on the spot and wounded eight others. The driver and the oil tanker cleaner were arrested, and the injured were shifted to the Combined Military Hospital where two more soldiers succumbed to their wounds raising the death toll to five.
