A white police officer in the Ohio city of Cincinnati was indicted Wednesday after footage was released showing the fatal shooting of a Negro, a US news website reported on Thursday.

According to the camera video, Officer Ray Tensing fired into the car of Sam Dubose, a Negro with a criminal record encompassing more than 70 arrests and state prison time, after a dispute originating from a legal stop for a missing license plate.
