A woman and her son wounded in an armed attack on Saturday evening, Dec. 28, east of Baquba, Diyala province. Security source told NINA that a woman and her son wounded when been fired at near her houses in western Mendily district, east of Baquba. He added that police force rushed to the area, surrounding it and started search raids looking for the attackers. Meanwhile judiciary authorities in Diyala province released 7 detainees after being proven innocent of the charges against them.
