President Abdo Rabbo Mansour Hadi the delegation of Silatech Fouandation currently visiting Yemen headed by Chief Executive Officer ,Dr. Tareq Mohammad Yousuf and CEO of Programs, Russky Martin. The President expressed his optimism in this visit, which comes in the framework of the interest shown by many institutions and donor organizations for Yemen to support the transition witnessed by the country in different directions. He pointed to the Yemen’s need for further cooperation in the fields of training, rehabilitation and employing Yemeni working hands in order to reduce unemployment and alleviate the burdens and economic challenges as poverty forms about 75% of the most important problems of Yemen. In this regard, the president noted to the additional burdens faced by Yemen from the flow of African refugees to Yemen. “We hope that the provided aid and grants t live up to the level of that challenge faced by Yemen”, the president said, stressing the need to focus on the poorer segments. The President valued the efforts exerted by the Foundation within the framework of project of Al-Amal Bank for youth. For his part, Dr. Tareq reviewed the activities of the Foundation during the past years through the programs of training and rehabilitation for youth to make them qualified for work in the GCC countries, noting that about 2000 workers have been qualified in the field of construction. He pointed out that there are a new set of programs that will be launched within the small and middle projects through Al-Amal Bnk for qualifying about 20 thousand worker annually by the foundation.
