Yemeni Defense Minister General Mohamed Nasser Ahmed met here on Monday with a Jordanian military delegation headed by the Director of manpower department of Jordan’s Army. The meeting discussed areas of military cooperation between the armies of the two countries, and ways of enhancing it . The meeting also reviewed the role to be done by the Jordanian side in the re-modernization, development and restructuring of the armed forces of Yemen. Yemen’s defense minister pointed to the importance of involving the Jordanian side in this important strategic step and of benefiting from its expertise in this area.
