Foreign Minister Abu Bakr al-Qirbi on Saturday headed for Qatar to take part in the foreign ministers preparatory meeting for the 24th regular session of the Arab summit.The preparatory meeting to kick off on Sunday in Doha will address several issues to be on the table of the Arab leader summit, including the Palestinian cause, Syrian issue and the Arab joint action, al-Qirbi said.\"It is expected that the summit offers some initiatives to tackle them, particularly the way to deal with the temporary authority created by the Syrian opposition,\" he said.
