The Presidential Decree No. 10 for the year 2013 on the regulations of the National Dialogue Conference was issued on Saturday.The decree consists of seven parts including the name and definitions, objectives and principles, structure and formation, functions ,duties and rights of members and attendees from non-members , mechanisms of the work and the general provisions.Also the President’s Decree No. 11 for the year 2013 was issued to identify the formation of the National Dialogue Conference, which constitutes of 565 members, including President Abdo Rabbo Mansour Hadi, Head of the Conference.
