Egypt's Ambassador to Zambia Ragaie Nasr has said Lusaka backs Egypt for UN Security Council membership 2016-2017.

In statements on Thursday, the ambassador said Zambia's stance came in appreciation of the role Egypt plays at the regional, African and international levels.
