one Iraqi was killed and eight others were injured when an explosive charge exploded in a market in northern Baghdad, according to security sources.
The Iraqi security troops combed the area while ambulances rushed to the scene and moved the injured to hospital for treatment and the dead body to the forensic department, the sources added.
Meanwhile, unidentified militants attacked a recreational club in central Baghdad, wounding several persons, including policemen.
Also, the attackers looted a huge sum of money from inside the club.
