A source at the Russian Emergency Ministry in St. Petersburg Monday said that one person was killed and six others were wounded due to an explosion on an Algerian military vessel under maintenance in the Russian city.

The injured were rushed to hospital, Sputnik News Agency quoted a source as saying.
