At least 10 civilians were killed while dozens others injured in air raids launched by the Syrian regime on Sunday in Aleppo and Deraa, said the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR).

Five people from one family were killed when helicopters threw explosive barrels on an areas in Bashri al Sham in Deraa, the SOHR said in a statement.

Syria has been witnessing deadly violence since March 2011 that left hundreds of thousands of people dead and injured.
