Up to 101 Egyptian fishermen arrived here on Thursday after being released by the Sudanese authorities.

They returned to their homeland abroad an Egyptian plane coming from Sudan.

They were arrested in April for violating the regional waters.

On Wednesday, Sudanese President Omar al Bashir pardoned the Egyptian fishermen after contacts with President Abdel Fattah El Sisi.
