Eleven members of the terrorist Muslim Brotherhood (MB) group were arrested Sunday in Aswan.
They are accused of inciting violence, blocking roads and attacking state institutions in the southern province.
This came as part of security forces' endeavors to foil attempts to stage protests nationwide on November 28.
