Alexandria police dismantled a terrorist cell belonging to the terrorist Muslim Brotherhood and targeting state facilities, policemen and troops.
The cell included 12 members of the Brotherhood and they confessed to plots of targeting public and private property and facilities and policemen and troops.
They admitted they have planted an explosive device near a police station in the coastal city.
The 12 were referred to the prosecution for further investigation.
