Some 129 non-governmental organizations were disbanded, Menya Governor Salah Eddin Zeyada said on Saturday.

The organizations were dissolved because they had no headquarters, their periodical committees did not convene for two straight years and their boards failed to hold their periodical meetings, the governor said.
