Security forces arrested on Thursday 13 rioters who gathered in Tallat Harb square in down town Cairo chanting anti-army and police slogans, a security source said.
Also, those rioters set off fireworks that caused a limited blaze in one of the balconies overlooking the Square, the source added.
The civil protection forces contained the fire.
