Fifteen members of the terrorist Muslim Brotherhood (MB) have been remanded in custody for more 15 days pending investigations into violence charges in the governorate of Gharbia.

The detainees are accused of inciting violence, disturbing the public peace and joining the outlawed group.

They were nabbed upon arrest warrants for taking part in riots and violent protests.

The MB was labeled a terrorist group in December 2013. It has been accused of involving in terrorist acts against police and Armed Forces.
