Interior Minister Magdy Abdel Ghaffar issued directives to reward and honor some 1,606 policemen at a number of security directorates and general departments for their efforts in arresting a number of criminals during last month. 

The policemen were rewarded for their efforts and distinguished performance, a matter which contributed to unveiling mystery in a number of cases and arresting criminals.
