Nineteen members of the terrorist Muslim Brotherhood (MB) group were arrested on Tuesday during a wide-scale security campaign in Behira governorate.
They are accused of inciting violence, staging illegal protests, blocking roads and setting fire to a police station.
They were nabbed with instigating leaflets in their possession.
