Two wanted criminals were arrested Wednesday in Mallawy city of Minya after opening fire at police.
One of them was injured in the firefight.
They were riding a motorbike when the security forces asked them to stop but they did not respond to the police's alert and opened fire on the troops.
They are wanted in two violence charges.
