Two children were killed Monday when a bomb went off while they were playing with it in Behira governorate.

Behira Security Chief Mohamed Fathy Ismail received a notification about the incident.

The two sisters, aged five and two years, were playing with a strange body which turned out to be a bomb.

The security forces and sappers rushed to the scene of the accident and cordoned it off.

The general prosecution was notified to open an investigation.
