Two terrorists were killed in an exchange of fire with police in the Upper Egyptian city of Fayyoum, said a security source on Friday.

The killed terrorists had been wanted under 20 arrest warrants issued by the general prosecution, according to the source.

They has been implicated in terrorist attacks on police.

The attacks occurred in Assiut and Fayyoum.

They were captured in a village in Tamiya of Fayyoum where they had been hiding.
