Two sound bombs planted by unidentified men in Shoubra el Khima blew up on Thursday with no casualties reported.
The first bomb was place at the end of Ahmed Orabi bridge and the second next to Shoubra el Khima power distribution company.
The two bombs caused a big boom when they exploded, spreading panic among citizens in the area.
